Hey....this is day 3 for me and I just got finished working out....I am sweating like crazy, dripping actually..I am still really sore, I could barely go up and down the steps yesterday and last night I struggled to get off the toilet.  I keep thinking that I am not really getting anything out of the workout tapes but I must be using muscles that I haven't used in a really long time cause they hurt like crazy.  I just do what I can and try to do my best.  It will get better every day.  Yesterday went really good, food intake was good, could have been better.  I need to get more snacks and eat lunch.  I had oatmeal and an orange for breakfast and a cup of spaghetti O's for supper.  I drank all of my water.  I am going to get some greek yogurt and cottage cheese today and some fruit/veggies.  That should fill in my cracks.  I finished putting all of my decorations away and cleaned the down stairs.  I need to stay active more through out the day and I will work on that today.  I have been really tired when I go to bed at night and I am falling a sleep easier.  I started drinking/taking Chia seed every day, before breakfast and supper.  I think this is the reason I am not eating lunch.  Chia seeds are very good for you and they help you feel full.  You can put a tablespoon is a cup of water (let sit for 5 minutes) and drink it or sprinkle a table spoon on your food.  It doesn't really have a taste.  Alot of people put it in their smoothies. I put mine in water...they swell up and look like fish eggs.  I like them, they are full of anti-oxidants.  Time to get busy....have a great day and stay busy....Tootles......
