UGH...
Hey....I am on day 5 and I am not so sore today, YEA! I hope the workout is easier today. The workout yesterday was harder for me, I was really tired when it was over but not as sweaty. I started to use 1# weights, I need to get 3# ones. I ordered a dance video for cardio, I hope I like it.....My food intake yesterday was good, I had a protein shake for breakfast and yogurt for lunch and a 4 oz burger (no bun) and a small salad for supper.....I am going out to eat tonight and I hope I can control myself.....we'll see....I got all of my water in too....I finally got all of my Christmas stuff put away and organized by craft room so now I can get busy creating! I haven't been eating any snacks, none all week. I really need to get those in...I will try harder this week. Stay busy....Tootles....
